I don’t recommend her. She was neglectful and endangered our dog. Read on for more details. We did a meet & greet, in which Heather was a no show. She got the time confused. Ok, I get that. It happens. When we dropped our dog off for an overnight, no one was home, despite having set up the time in this app. Someone came home within 10 minutes or so. After dropping our dog off, he was left alone in a strange house by the sitter with a meal delivery box on the floor. With food in it. Naturally Dory got into the box & ate part of the food inside. I got a text with pictures of the destroyed box. When I asked what was in the box, the sitter wouldn’t tell me. I was told she didn’t know. This doesn’t make any sense.

We loved that Toby had a great stay with Heather and her family. He attached himself to one of her sons, taking naps together, etc. Heather was great about keeping in touch and sending pictures so we could see how happy he was staying with them during out absence. We will definately be using her services again in the near future.
