The very first moment I laid eyes on my dog I knew he was going to be my best friend. I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was about 12. All my family members and friends know I have a lot of love towards dogs, that’s why they always ask me to watch their dogs or walk them while they’re out of town. My parents sometimes come home to a surprise with a new dog in the house sometimes because I will see a stray and bring them home until I can find a loving home for them. I wish I could keep them all though.

Heather was wonderful house sitting for my new puppy Echo. She took him out often, gave him some apples for snacks and played with him! She was on time and did everything I asked, I would highly recommend her she is the gentle soul you want your pups around! Thank you so much Heather :)
Heather failed to drop in on my dog Charlie for over 24 hours keeping him locked in my house the entire time without fresh food/water and unable to use the restroom. After not receiving a notification, I messaged her the next day asking if she let Charlie out and she responded by lying saying she let him out but forgot to report it on the Rover app. After checking my house cameras upon returning home, I was able to confirm that she did not let him out and lied about it. After confronting her about the incident, she admitted to her negligence and offered no apology and didn’t seem remorseful at all. I’m appalled that she has the nerve to treat my dog, who my family treats as part of our family, with such disrespect. Thank god he did not get a bladder infection or tear up my house after being locked up for so long. Her negligence and how she handled the situation afterwards is unbelievable and I’m honestly worried for other people and dogs who use this app to be treated like this.
Heather took the instructions I gave and did everything to the letter. I would definitely use her again!
Heather was great! Beautiful home and fenced yard. My dogs were WORN OUT when they returned home!

I love to get the animals tired and giving them lots of love. We will play a lot of have lots of fun. Sometimes I will like to play fetch or throw the balls around or even just running around letting the dogs chase me.
