I helped with neighborhood dogs as a teen. As an adult I own 2 cats and a dog. I have experience with giving subq shots to cats as well as transdermal medications and ear drops. I have experience with reactive dogs, willing to work with them as long as they aren't human aggressive.

I've been the primary caregiver for special needs cats for 7 years. I've been the primary caregiver and trainer of a reactive shiba inu for 2 years and now have a golden retriever puppy I'm training to be my service dog. I'm happy to help with giving pets some mental stimulation.

A typical day
I like to work with each dog individually, sometimes that's extra long or very short walks, lots of puzzles and games, or sometimes it's spending lots of time helping the dog settle and be calm in a new situation.

Availability
I can help give your pup a midday break from being alone or help take care of your four legged family members while you travel. Coming soon: doggy daycare. I will be able to host 1 or 2 dogs at my house during the day. Dogs will be kept away from cats and given chances to rest unlike traditional daycare. On top of access to my backyard, dogs will also have the opportunity to explore a nearby park on a long line with up to 50 ft to explore and sniff. While I am not a dog trainer, I incorporate concepts from control unleashed on a regular basis and would be happy to help with any training you are struggling with.
