Pet care experience
I grew up in the north metro and have had dogs my whole life. I grew up with big dogs and now have a medium (Shepard mix-3yrs) and small pup (terrier mix- 4yrs). Our family is very active and enjoy hiking, running and walking. We recently put down a 14 year old lab who was on medication so feel very comfortable administering any type of medication needed. We have two responsible boys (10 + 12) who help with pet cares but can also keep a distance from your pet if needed.

We dropped Daisy once before for a day care and this time for 3 nights. Totally satisfied with the service provided. They took care of Daisy very well. We’re also flexible with drop timings. Cherry on the top were timely updates about Daisy! Thank you !
Heather and her family were awesome! They made me feel comfortable leaving my older dog with them while I worked. I really appreciated the updates with pictures! We will be back and I highly recommend!
Maggie had such a wonderful time with the whole family! She was able to go on runs, snuggle with the boys and play with the other dogs. We received pictures and I could see she was well cared for!!!
My husband and I dropped our dog off for 4 nights at Heathers. This was our first time using Rover. Miles fit right in at her home. Heather texted daily pictures or videos that showed he loved it there and making us feel not so guilty for going on vacation. Once we picked him up and brought him home I actually think he was a little depressed about leaving Heathers 😃. I would highly recommend this Rover sitter and know you would have peace of mind being gone.

Your pet will be included or given space if needed! I am very good at reading dog's needs and mood as we've gotten all of our pets from rescues so know that they may need time getting comfortable!

A typical day
We enjoy a lot of walks, hikes in the woods, and outdoor time when the weather is ideal or otherwise playing inside with puzzles or other stimulation.

We have a very large yard which is unfenced. Our dogs are comfortable off leash in our yard but we have tie-outs for your pet and take our pets on walks many times a day for exercise and additional potty breaks! I work from home so will be around if you stay for a weekday! We may leave but not for more than 2 hours at a time.
