Heather was awesome. My animals are in one piece the house is clean and she communicated and sent photos. I will use her again.

Sitter lied about staying overnight; we will not be booking again. We specifically booked a house-sitter because our dog has separation anxiety and is prone to getting UTIs if she doesn’t pee often enough. Heather agreed, telling us when she planned to arrive each evening and leave the next morning, and that she would bring her own bedding, etc. She never stayed at our place. Not once. We have a security camera at our front door and she did 2 drop-in visits per day the whole time (10 days) and was typically here just long enough to bathroom and feed everyone, about 15-20 minutes (longest visit 50 minutes the first day). She left our dog alone for 10+ hours between almost every visit and on two occasions 17 and 18 hours. That is way too long for a dog to go without peeing. We have many videos of our dog just pacing in the living room, howling because she was left alone for so long. We asked Heather why she didn't stay at night like we agreed, and she just ignored our messages completely after previously responding almost immediately. On top of all of this, when we arrived home the apartment smelled AWFUL. Our cat is on a wet food diet and she had just been dumping more and more wet food into his bowl without ever cleaning it out (he never finishes all of it) so there was just rotting wet food in his bowl. When Heather was actually here, it looked like she did treat our animals well, interacting with them and giving them treats. I just don’t understand why she agreed to the house-sitting service if she wasn’t willing to stay overnight even once.
