I tend to walk the dogs I care for around the neighborhood they’re most comfortable with unless there is a fenced in yard, if there is a fenced in yard then I use that so they can get more of their energy out and run as they please. I pick up their poop so they don’t make a mess out of it later. Also, if it’s wet outside, I use a towel to wipe the dogs’ feet so they don’t track mud inside. If they need a good wash dogs tend to like a water hose more than a shower & I towel dry them the best I can. I make sure to give them lots of love while I’m around them as well!
