Hello, my name is Heather and I live in Carlsbad with my husband, Vince, and our dog, Baxter, a 12 year old, 25lb Cockapoo. We love all dogs but we only accept non-shedding pets at this time.

Heather and Vince did a wonderful job watching our dog. They took her for a stroll around the local lagoon, sent regular photos and updates, and our pup seemed to settle in quickly. We’d be happy to have them watch her again!

The best sitter ever! ❤️ Heather is so amazing!!! We did meet and greet before the stay and she was so caring and asked questions about my pup and what she likes/dislikes and she took a reeeeeeally good care of her while I was away for work. She reassured me with daily updates of photos and video and what they did that day. I couldn’t have asked for a better care! ❤️❤️❤️ THE BEST!
I’m so happy I met Heather through Rover. She is amazing and took really good care of my doggies. Communication is top notch and I enjoyed the updates and pictures too!

We have a fenced yard with a doggy door so guests can go in and out at any time at their leisure. Baxter is a mellow older guy but still likes to play and will keep your pet company while at our house. I’ll send you pictures and updates throughout your stay to keep you up to date on our activities!

We only accept non-shedding dogs but will take guest dogs of all sizes and ages. We only accept up to 2 dogs at any given time.
A typical day
I love talking neighborhood walks and urban hikes on the Eucalyptus Grove and Batiquitos Lagoon trails. We also like visiting the Poinsettia Park dog park and simple movie nights on the couch with the doggos.
