Hello! My name is Heather and I have been working with dogs my whole life. I house sit/pet sit and am currently going to Edinburgh University to become a veterinarian. I love walking dogs and spending as much time with them as possible. I love ALL pets and I enjoy working with/feeding cats, horses, guinea pigs/other small mammals, snakes plus other reptiles, and birds. No dog is too big or fish too small. I am currently working on my pet CPR certification to always make sure your pet will be safe in my care. My schedule is open, especially during summer, (and I live 5 minutes away from University so your pets will not be left alone for long) and I would love the opportunity to spend time with your best friend! (Note: it says I can only accept 1 dog per day for boarding but I can accept multiple dogs from the same household)

Heather was absolutely fantastic yesterday. She tired Argo out and took him out for lots of walks. Our boy can be difficult at times but she knows what she's doing, we will use her again!
Heather was fantastic during Dougal's stay. Sent really nice updates with great photos. Our dog was a little ill and having a vet student watching him as perfect... Douglas had a great time and we will definitely be using her again.

I have a fenced in garden and love going on walks. We do not have any indoor pets and will not double book pets without consent. I do have outdoor rabbits but taking your dogs on walks is what I would prefer to do.

I love all dog breeds. All I need to know is if your dog is friendly and sociable around other dogs. Your dog cannot have fleas or any other parasites.
A typical day
We have a yard and a big grassy area right outside the house where we can walk and play! I also always take dogs on at least 2 walks a day (unless otherwise specified). Just let me know what your fur baby needs!

Availability
I am currently in university but live very close to my campus and your pets would not be left alone for longer than 4 hours. Puppies would probably require more attention than this but you can always message for more info. I live with a flatmate who is also keen to help out with pet chores.
