Pet care experience
I’m currently a cat and dog owner, but have had so many pets of my own - ranging from rabbits, birds, turtles, fish, dogs, and kittens. Starting at 12 years of age, I began to pet sit for friends and family (in and out of their own homes), while on short or long trips or popping in to play or take them out for walks! I’ve even Bred AKC Registered labs and helped my “Elle May” nurture her 9 pups into loving homes. I have a big heart for animals and would love to help care for yours! I’m excited to meet your pet as well as learn their personality - we all know they each have their very own! Looking forward to meeting you and yours!

Heather R. was a wonderful sitter for our dogs! I have 2 dogs aged 11.5 and 7, the 7 year old is a little nervous with new people but Heather came over to meet them before her stay and they both went right up to her! My 11.5 year old also take phenobarbital twice a day for a seizure disorder and I was totally comfortable trusting her to handle this. I also have a 2 year old rabbit in which she has had experience caring for one already, so that was perfect! Overall, I felt great having Heather stay and house sit to care for my babies and definitely will again. :)

Are there certain techniques or routines that make them more comfortable? Favorite toys, beds, places/paths to be walked? Is there anything else that you can share with me in order to make our time together one of harmony, comfort and a place for them to feel safe? ❤️

I look forward to playing, walking, and working with your companions. These are all essentials to enriching their daily lives and the coming their new gal pal! I’m definitely open to incorporating all of these and more to make sure your pet feels right at home!
