Pet care experience
My first job as a kid was dog sitting, and yes, I enjoyed it more than the babysitting days. I have dog sat various ages ranging from puppies to seniors dogs. Some have needed extra attention, training, or their medication. I personally have 2 playful dogs who love socializing. Over the years, I’ve volunteered countless hours at local shelters up and down the East Coast. This genuinely fueled my soul to generate fundraisers, bathe, walk, care for the dogs in those shelters. I’m excited to take my passion to Rover now and I can’t wait to meet your dogs and care for them like my own whether it’s for a few hours, overnight, or for an extended duration. Your pups have a large fenced in yard…and friendly playmates that await them along with plenty of devotion and attention. BONUS: I work from home and pleased to be able to offer them more love, attention, and playtime.

Heather is a very responsible and caring person. Several years ago, she was taking pictures of shelter dogs, in an effort to get them adopted sooner. Over time, she adopted at least ten dogs herself and was able to rehome eight of them. She is a devoted dog mom to the two she kept.

I have a large fenced in back yard with another section that’s also fenced in and covered, great for those rainy days when potty breaks still need to happen. Also, I have a secure , covered & screened in patio that’s great if they want to be outside but cool and covered. Your dogs are absolutely welcome to go outside as much as they please. If they love to be crated at night with their favorite toy, just bring it, I’ll accommodate them as much as they need. If they love walking, I jog daily around the neighborhood, and they’ll welcome to join and meet the other neighborhood pups along the way.

Happy to accommodate if your dog needs additional attention or care. I’ve cared for some with recent surgery needing just attention with little to no activity. If they need daily medication or specific diets, I’m happy to accommodate that, just bring their special medication or foods and they’ll be taken care of. Others dogs have been puppies needing training and extra playing time. Some dogs have simply enjoyed just being themselves, napping, playing…yet needing just a few hours of attention. I love meeting all the different personalities.

I love to learn about your dog: their habits, preferences, personality, character. It’s important to me that I accommodate them both physically with exercise if they need it, or daily low-key activities. If they love playing outside, walks, park…just let me know.

I own a marketing business so I work from home and love having the time to be with the dogs in my care. They make the best co-workers! I love never having to choose between work and playing with them, it’s been the best thing ever to now add more furbabies for them to play with…while you have peace of mind that they’re loved if you’re out of town. We’re ready to add your furbaby to the fun.
