I am currently working with a friends dog sitting company and love it! With her I walk dogs, do overnights, and check in on different dogs during the day while the owners are at work. We have fun playing and getting cuddles in. I have worked with rescue groups fostering dogs and helping run adoption events. I am also AKC certified in dog training, and their Canine Good Citizen program. Throughout the years I have had a lot of experience in administering medications to animals so if that is a need you have I can fulfill it! I will always treat your pets and home with all the love and respect that the deserve! I look forward to working with you and your pets in the future!

Heather is awesome! She was very flexible with time frames and responded quickly and kindly to all of my questions. Her dogs are adorable. She has the benefit of an older laid back plus a young energetic combination. Charlie, being older himself, spent time with her older dog and was relaxed and very happy when I picked him up. I will totally seek out Heather again when in Alpena!

I offer two separate boarding options in my home. I have a private boarding space set up in my finished basement that is completely separate from the rest of the house and has access to the fenced in backyard. The social boarding would be upstairs with my two doggos if they are dog friendly:) there is always the option to gate off areas of the house as well if they need breaks or separation at times. In your home we will develop a plan that works for however long you will be gone! :)

If it is nice outside we can explore the neighborhood and go for nice walks ? I love to find out what toys are a dogs favorite.
