Heather was wonderful! She sent lots of pictures and was always very quick to respond to my messages. I needed my friend to pick up the dogs and bring them to the airport. The crates did not fit in my friend's car and Heather was even kind enough to help drive them to the airport. I definitely recommend booking with her!
