Pet care experience
I have been a house and pet sitter since High School while working at a vet’s office and all throughout college. I love a good pet therapy session to keep stress levels down for me and the animal. I have two cats of my own and know how important it is for them to get interacted with throughout the day when we aren’t around, as well as when we have our own overnight commitments to attend. I would be honored to get to spend a little time with your fur baby when needed! I am a fun loving, easy going, and pet (and treat) giving cat mom who loves both cats and dogs! I can’t wait to meet all the incredibly adorable animals possible through this opportunity. I am quite the stimulating pet parent! My cats even knows some commands and tricks. We love some treat giving, toy searching, and you playing in my house!

Heather was very attentive to our cat Franny, who has special needs. We felt immediately relieved when the first day of her visit, Franny felt comfortable enough to sit on Heather's lap, which she only does for her family members. We will definitely be requesting her services in the future. :)
This is the third time our dog has stayed with Heather and she always takes such wonderful care of him! She is so easy to communicate with and keeps us updated.
Heather is absolutely lovely and took such great care of our cat and our apartment, while we were away on holiday. She was very responsive and kept in touch every day with updates, photos and videos. She was also fantastic when we had some unforeseen maintenance issues come up in the apartment and handled everything so well - giving us no opportunity to stress about any of it! I cannot recommend her enough. We will definitely be working with her again, next time we're out of town.
Heather was amazing! She was so communicative, kind, and took wonderful care of our cat and dog. We would happily rebook and highly recommend her to other folks in need of a pet sitter!

I prefer mostly to know their typical walking habits, any medications they may take, preferred sleeping arrangements, are they allowed on couches and beds, and most importantly, are they dog, cat, and kid/people friendly?
A typical day
I am a huge fan of both high and low energy dogs. I can keep up with play time or nap all day. Sometimes I can accomplish both in one day! I adore my neighborhood. It has the best gardens to stop at, and the dogs have a great time sniffing about too! A win win!

Availability
I work for Rover fulltime, so I am always here. I have enough space, and gates to keep 3-5 dogs at a time, if the family is comfortable with other friendly dogs being in the same house with them. I walk all separately unless they are from the same family or the dogs are really good friends. We take about 5-6 walks a day around the neighborhood ranging between 20-30 minutes depending on the weather of the season, and even have a deck with a piece of “grass” where older pets can use the restroom easily or if it is raining, for a quick potty break.
