My sister and I have had pets growing up from cats, dogs, guinea pigs, ferrets and birds. I volunteered at the Sedona Humane Society for over a year before moving to San Francisco. Took care of a litter of 8 puppies in Mexico one year and just attach myself to any dog at Dolores Park or in the street (with permission). Having a long term commitment isn't in the cards for me so this is the next best thing! My sister and I live close to the park, are very active (walks and runs) and live on the first floor apartment in the Mission.
