Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Heather, and I have been pet sitting since 2010. I have experience caring for cats and dogs of all breeds and sizes, reptiles, amphibians, tarantulas, rodents, birds, and even farm animals! I have personally owned cats, dogs, reptiles, fish, and chickens, and I have experience riding and caring for horses. I will happily feed, water, and walk your pets, as well as administer any medications necessary. In the past, I have taken pets to be professionally groomed as well as washed them myself (no clipping skills personally, sorry!). I am a non-smoker, I have a car, and I have several references available upon request. I am happy to stay at your home or stop by for 30 minutes to an hour, whichever you prefer! I can crate your dog while I am away if needed. I am also happy to take care of house plants and check the mail while you are gone!

Heather was great. It was so reassuring to know that we can go away for business or pleasure and have someone who really takes the care of our many creatures to heart. She even made sure that our hummingbird feeders were filled to keep our seasonal visitors happy and healthy. We will hire again soon.
Heather was absolutely amazing! After meeting her for the first time I knew that my furbabies would be in good hands. She send pictures several times a day and I never worried about them. I will definitely request her again.

I am happy to play fetch or tug-o-war or take your fur baby to a dog park close by if you so desire! If your pup is more low-energy, couch cuddles are more than fine by me!

I’m a teacher, so I’m unavailable during the school day (7:30-4:30). However, I’m available before and after school, as well as any time on the weekends and during school breaks (summer break, fall break, winter break, spring break, holidays, etc.)
