Hello! I've been a furmomma for over 20 years to both Goldenretrievers (tumble weeds of hair!) to my current 2 Cockapoos who don't shed <3 I love caring for dogs. I will treat your furbaby like my own while you are away. I also can follow any specific dietary needs or medication requirements. Any other special requests, please let me know.

Heather was amazing! from start to finish this was my first experience using rover.com for my puppy Bentley. If your a first timer or need a great place for your dog to stay don’t hesitate Heather is perfect! She send me daily pictures and communication was great from pre-booking to booking and picking Bentley up I will definitely in the future see Heather again. Bentley made new friends and he was happy I want to thank you for taking care of Bentley!??
Heather is superb! Her home is totally set up for furry friends. My little pup was not acclimated to socializing with other dogs. However, Heather has two very sweet and well behaved small dogs that my little pup readily adapted to. This experience was so much better than the boarding facility that I subjected my pup to prior to Heather. My pup stayed with Heather for 8 days and when I picked her up, I met a happy healthy little girl that was please to see me. Unlike the boarding facility where she was totally stressed out. I absolutely recommend Heather and I will be using her again. She is fantastic. Thank you Heather. It was such a joy to not have to worry about my little lumpkins while I was on vacation!!!

I live in a dog friendly neighborhood with grassy areas to play. I do not have a fenced in yard, but I have a deck that my dogs love to spend time on. It faces the trees with lots of birds and squirrels to watch. I can offer walks, cuddle and play time, lots of socializing with my 2 dogs, and a safe place to stay. My dogs sleep with me at night and I'm happy to add yours to the bunch or they can sleep in their crate or dog bed. If I go out for an errand I put my dogs in their crate.

A typical day
On our walks we can go on a trail to the neighborhood next door that also has a field we can run in. We can interact with other doggos as we walk because we have many friends in the hood!

I am a full time 3rd grade teacher (20 years) M-F; 7:30-4:15 each day. I take my pups for a walk in the morning and they stay in their crate during the day and then we walk again when I get home. Weekends are open and flexible with plenty of play time and walks. I can host your dog weekly if my daily schedule is acceptable, and weekends. I have a 14 year old daughter who also loves dogs and would be a helper.
