Hi, Heather and Dave here. We hope to help you with your pets next stay! The special thing about leaving your dog with us is that you can be sure they are not just being cared for, but entertained and kept content. We both grew up with dogs and are great with training, keeping in control but also making sure your pup is at ease and having fun (a distraction from missing you too!) I can not speak more highly of Heather and David! They took the best care of my dog, more than I could have asked for! They were professional, communicative, and friendly! I’m a big worrier and I honestly didn’t knowing my dog was in the best hands. They have a wonderful home that they have made safe and comfortable for any visiting dog. They love my girl as if she was their own! I recommend Heather and David to everyone!
My dog loved his stay, Heather and David were great my dog loves them both there patient and attentive, always sending pup updates allot of walks and allot of love from them both I’m so happy I found them it’s difficult leaving my dog with anyone but I had pice of mind leaving in there care

I always like to take the time to get a feel for each animals energy and level of comfort understanding each pet will be different. I make sure to thoroughly speak with owners and be well aware of anything to avoid and what makes their pet most at ease.

It is always good to know any dietary restrictions your pet might have. If there is anything that triggers your pet such as a loud noise (vacuum cleaner for example) that is also great to know so we can be avoidant of anything that might make your pet less at ease.
A typical day
I feel that play is a great way to get new dogs comfortable and aquatinted so when this is an option I always start here with playful dogs. We have great parks here in ridgewood so I very much enjoy brining pups to a place with a lot to stimulate their senses. A well walked and entertained dog sleeps well at night!

Availability
My partner and I both work on a freelance basis which works great for sitting pets. We work varying hours so more often than not someone is home. We like to make sure dogs get an extra long walk at the start and end of the day
