I absolutely love all animals. I have decades of experience of taking care of my own pets plus others pet, including exotics. I also have many years of experience with senior pets, including my own dogs and cats plus pets with disabilities. I've given oral and inj medications to both dogs and cats over the years. I currently have 2 senior cats of my own(no dogs), 17 year old Zeus and 15 year old Iris. I adopted Zeus last year and Iris earlier this year. They bring me so much joy and I can't imagine life without them ❤️ They can be a bit standoffish initially when meeting another pet but they will warm up quickly. They both sleep a lot throughout the day and don't really do much other than sleep, eat and drink water. I can also separate your pet(s) from my cats if necessary with a gate that my cats are unable to climb due to their age. I prefer Meet and Greets for any new dog clients & cats that have disabilities or require medication and they are complimentary. They should not exceed 30 mins as I typically have other clients to attend to. I believe it is a great way to see if I'm a fit to take care of your pet(s). If not, I want you to find someone that is better suited. I only accept potty trained pets in my home & dogs that will not bark or howl in my condo. I want to respect my neighbors & their day to day lives. If you choose to have your pet(s) stay with me, at my home or yours, I will give them the care they deserve. If you prefer I crate them at any time, please let me know. I want to make sure they are comfortable in a home they are unfamiliar with. I will make sure they have all the loving support they deserve ❤️. I only accept pets in my home from the same family, so rest assured they will get plenty of attention and affection. I also live in a gated community with plenty of grass to walk your dog(s) & I like to avoid any other dogs out for walks, unless you are looking to socialize them. I'm able to walk your dog(s) several times a day if necessary. Just let me know what they prefer when it comes to distance. My neighborhood is very pet friendly and I really enjoy walking daily. I'm currently available for long term sitting. We can discuss rates and expectations. I do require a trial before doing such bookings.
