Hello everyone, my name is Heather D. I am a Veterinary Technician and I have vast experience caring for animals, all shapes and forms. I have been in the animal field for about 5 years now, and a vet tech for 2. I began pet sitting about 2 years ago, around when I began working at a vet hospital. I have experience boarding pets at my home(cats, large and small dogs) as well as regularly walking clients dogs and or checking in on the pets at home, feeding, bathing, nail trims, any needed medical tasks, such as giving medications, administering insulin, giving subcutaneous fluids etc. I also have experience house sitting while taking care of pets who feel more comfortable at home.
