Pet care experience
I've have taken care of many kinds of animals since I was 10! I had many animals growing up and that has transferred to my adult life as well. I had a dog for 15 years as well as hosting other dogs in my home. I am very diligent about feeding schedules and special needs of each dog I have. I also have experience with farm animals and have a flock of chickens. I am very happy to give lots of walks and playtime. I also have two older daughters (17 and 19) who love to help as well.

Heather was wonderful and took such good care of Dad’s dog while we were away! Great communication and responded promptly whenever we messaged her. Relieved the stress of not being able to take his dog with us. I can not thank her enough!

I have a large yard but it is not fenced so I would do leashed walks several times a day. Also, I do not have any inside pets at this time so they would have the place to themselves unless I am hosting more than one at the same time. I have a medium sized crate and do not mind using it or a separate room if need be. We allow pets on our furniture. I prefer to have the pet visit my home.

Please let me know any special needs ahead of time. I have taken care of several with special dietary or physical needs. I do tend to prefer dogs that do not shed excessively and under 60 lbs, but please don't hesitate to ask.
A typical day
I love to go exploring in the neighborhood as well as take them for car rides. I am just a few minutes from the bay and enjoy taking my guest pets there as well. I love to play inside and outside the house with their favorite toys.

I love taking care of fur babies. I have plenty of time to take care of pets. I'm usually back home within 5 - 7 hours and I have older daughters who also help with potty breaks. They are a part of the family when here in our home, plus they often go to work with me as well. I work hard to keep their normal schedules as much as possible.
