Pet care experience
I am a responsible, recent graduate of Yale Divinity School. I love all animals and relish the chance to get to know yours. I am sensitive to the unique temperaments of each animal and follow owner instructions to the tee because, of course, you know your pet best. I grew up with two border collies, a yellow lab, and several cats (and a fish tank!). I know what it's like to have a pet who is more like a best friend, and I will treat your pet with the love and respect they deserve. My partner is beginning his PhD at Harvard in the fall and we are especially interested in pet and house sitting opportunities. I look forward to hearing from you and learning more about your lovely pet. :)

Heather would be an excellent choice to care for your pets. She is resourceful, responsible, and adaptable. She loves animals and has quite a bit of experience with a wide variety (dogs, cats, fish, guinea pigs, ferrets, horses, and the occasional duck). Heather has a great attitude and would be honored to have the opportunity to care for your four-legged friend.

I would like to have some information on your dog's general temperament. Do they get along with other dogs? Do you they like to play fetch? What are there general eating habits and do they take any medications? I want to have enough information to provide the very best care and ensure that your dog has a safe and fun experience. I love all dogs. I do have to say I have a special soft soft for really big dogs. :)
A typical day
I have many favorite routes in the New Haven area. One of my very favorite spots is at Edgerton Park. Fun activities totally depend on what your dog is up to. If your dog prefers walking along at slow pace and see the sights, we will do that. If your dog likes to play fetch or Frisbee, we will do that too!
