Small pets and chickens!
Pet care experience
I’ve been a pet sitter throughout my life and realize how difficult it is to find a reliable person to care for your pets. I have 2 guinea pigs and 3 chickens! I recently lost my 14 year old dog to cancer. Happy to drop in and do small animal or chicken care while you’re away. Cats too! Recently adopted a 1 year old mixed breed boy. Would have to see if he gets along with your pet before boarding!

Daily poop cleans, water dish cleaning, fresh food and pellets for small animals. Chickens get food, water freshening and treats if allowed. Litter scooping, food, water and play time for the kitties. Happy to accommodate any reasonable requests and medications. In my home, I have a fully fenced yard and my chickens are kept in a predator proof enclosure, so no need to worry about your dog interacting with them. I have a husband as well, important information in case your animal is uncomfortable with men!

A typical day
I'm a big advocate for mental enrichment. Lick mats, sniffaris, nose work and games are just as important for dogs as exercise. Walks, interaction and a general good time is typically how I spent time with any doggos under my care. Not a fan of the chaos that is a dog park but happy to hit up the trails in and around Sackville. No off-leash until trust is built. I can bring to my fenced yard as well for fetch!
