I have grown up with Border Collies my whole life, and had a house cat for a few years. Unfortunately my current accommodation situation does not allow for pets, so I love caring for other furry friends! I have cared for various friends dogs over the last few years including puppies and seniors. Care varied from a few days to up to 10 days in my previous home. I know it is stressful for animals to be away from their family, so I try to keep to their normal routine as much as possible to make them feel more comfortable. I am an avid hiker and love going for long walks, so I am able to give your dogs as much exercise as they need. For dogs less mobile and able for long walks or cats, I'm an excellent cuddler! I volunteered at a local animal shelter for 5 years so have experience with a range of cat and dog breeds, medication requirements and animal behaviours including anxiety.
