Hello! My name is Heather, I'm 20 years old and live in Holliston, MA. I have been walking dogs for over 4 years now. I can walk, run, play, anything your pet needs to stay healthy and happy. I will always clean your pet and clean up after your pet, and any extra care they may need I am happy to take on. I am comfortable and have experience in feeding, giving medication, and working with pets on special diets/eating regimens. I have grown up with labrador-like dogs in my home and have cared for all sizes and shapes of animals, including great danes, cats, and lizards. I try to incorporate positive-reinforcement training for any dog who may need it, whether they need training on walks or otherwise. Whatever you and your pet need, I am here to provide! I also have many references if requested.

Heather is great! She is timely, professional and clearly cares and understands dog and cat behavior. While yes, she may be new to Rover, I highly recommend her. She is now regularly walking my youngest pup and takes him for a good long walk. Not just a quick trip around the block. House sitting, she sends regular updates with pictures, kept everybody happy, fed and healthy. She left a clean house and even turned the the porch light on for us :) 5 Stars!!

A typical day
When house sitting, your pet will be treated as if they were my own. My favorite part of this job is simply spending time with pets, so as much as I can, I will be with your pet giving them lots of love. Your pet will not be alone for more than 4 hours, and if they can’t be alone for that long, no worries! I am willing to adjust my schedule to provide for your and your pets needs. Your pet and I will spend our time playing, snuggling, and doing whatever else they want! If there are no walking routes near your house, I can take your dog to lots of different outdoor spots! The Ashland Reservoir is one of my favorites, especially if your dog likes to swim and can be off-leash. It's also a great place if your dog likes to socialize with other dogs! The Holliston/Milford Rail Trail is another great place for dogs who like to meet new dogs and people, and typically dogs are kept on-leash.
