I have over twenty years of experience as an animal caretaker, including the 2 dogs and 1 cat that I currently share my home with. I am firm, yet gentle with animals, and I believe in direct and clear communication with both animals and people. I always prefer to ask a question rather than make an assumption, especially when it concerns caring for a member of someone's family. My schedule is fairly flexible, and I would like to care for your pet in the way that they are accustomed to, though I am not available during the later evenings. I also have a 4-year-old that would sometimes be accompanying me on our walks or care-giving visits. I find that taking dogs around the neighborhood, or out to the parks, and going for a walk is as enriching and enjoyable for them as it is for me, which is part of the reason I am so excited about exploring the opportunity to walk dogs professionally.
