I have always been an animal lover. As a kid I had almost every pet under the sun! I often was the neighborhood pet sitter in my youth. Now, I am a single mom and I work from home, and I have long days alone while my kids are at school. Due to the volatility of the Vancouver rental market, I don't want to have a permanent pup or kitty. But I have a pet-friendly suite, and the space, time, and ability to care for your precious pets.

Heather was an amazing sitter as usual. Skye was very excited to see her when we dropped her off. She is a clear and thorough communicator who provides the right amount of updates for me.
Heather was incredible with my Aussalier pup! She took care of him for 5 days, making him feel at home, and providing me with updates and photos everyday. If you need someone to take care of your dog, you've found the right person. I look forward to hiring Heather again when I travel. 100% recommend.

I have a fenced yard at my place, but as a rule, never leave pets outside unattended. Essentially, I believe that supervision is key to safe and quality care. All animals under my care are treated like members of the family. If your dog is crate trained, I am happy to keep up their usual routine.

A typical day
Depending on your pooch's energy levels and exercise needs, your pup and I will spend our time together exploring the neighbourhood, running at the local dog park (only a block away!), exploring the trails of pacific spirit park, or visiting the Spanish banks dog beach.

I work from home part time, so I am almost always around and able to take your pup on frequent pee breaks, or to give your kitty scratches and love, all day long. As a way to relax, I enjoy long walks around the neighborhood, and would love to have your pup join me.
