Hi! My name is Heather and I am here to meet some adorable new faces. Starting as a child I have taken care of dogs big and small, even volunteered in a pet shelter. I grew up with rescue dogs who needed some extra love and medical care so I am always comfortable with going that extra mile, nervous pups included. I have plenty of energy to keep up with the big dogs, or small dogs if we are being honest. Ha ha! So if you would be gracious enough to let me meet your dog please feel free to give me a shout! I live in an area with lots of sidewalks and can drive to trails that are dog friendly if preferred, with hills for the puppers who need a little more energy expended and flat surfaces for the ones who have more life experience and need something easier on the joints. I like to scrub up food and water dishes before freshening them up with new supply, toy cleanup as well as lots of playtime. I’m comfortable with tending to dogs who need help with stairs and house breaking as well, as I have significant experience with special needs dogs. If you need anything specific, always feel free to reach out. I believe in complete transparency so please let me know if there’s anything I need to know prior! I’m comfortable with biters, nippers, and pups who need a little encouragement. A heads up prior to booking is all I need. :) I do not currently know pet CPR or first aid but open to getting certified.

A typical day
I prefer going on a local trail or around the neighborhood where there’s a sidewalk (safety first!) but I’m flexible if you prefer a specific place.
