Pet care experience
I started volunteering at a cat shelter with my mom when I was about 6 years old and have 15+ years of experience in the attentive care of cats (all ages), dogs (all ages), and various other animals (such as horses). I have volunteered for Catnip Cottage in Alpharetta, Cats in the Cradle, and the various locations of Humane Societies in Georgia. In addition to taking care of my own handsome hound dog, Mercer, I have been known as the resident dog walker/sitter in several of my apartment complexes I have lived in. In high school, I ran on our cross country team for all 4 years and love running with dogs of all athletic abilities.

My dog Mercer sleeps with me every night in bed and we wake up, go outside for a potty walk and get some breakfast. I have a furbo camera where I can check on my baby throughout the day and throw him treats. I am a firm believer in that every animal has it's own unique personality and quirks. I like to do meet and greets with every new furry client and get to know the animal's habits/schedule/leash etiquette and potential triggers for the animal so I can know how to best care for the dog/cat.

Availability
I have Monday, Tuesday and Sunday completely off from my day job. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday I can overnight sit or come over for early morning or late evening walks.
