Pet care experience
Hi, my name is Hayley! While nobody can ever love your pet like you, I'd love to care for them in your absence. I was the lucky owner of a Potbelly pig named Elvis for 10 years and he was my whole world. Our family dogs, Molly and Ruby, were both Italian Mastiffs! We enjoyed 10 years with Molly and I cared for her during her senior years. Ruby's rambunctious personality has given me experience with dogs with energy! I love both cats and dogs and have experience caring for many breeds of dogs. I took our family dogs on daily walks together and maintained their size and energy. I have strength and control to match the energy of any excited dog! I love playing and running around yards with dogs as well (if they're able to) to dispel some of their energy.

Information Hayley L. would like to know about your pet
As important as it is to know each dog's level of attachment and their anxieties/fears, it's important to know what the enjoy! Providing a dog with all their familiar comforts (their favorite toys, activities, treats, etc.) will help them acclimate to an unusual experience. A Meet-and-Greet is the perfect time to let a dog get to know you (on their own terms, of course).
A typical day
If it's a nice day, I really enjoy being outside. My favorite thing to do is go on long walks (if the dogs like to and are able) around the neighborhood or on trails. I also love playing fetch, running, and tug-of-war. With two big dogs growing up, I've had a lot of practice! But sometimes, sitting inside cuddling and watching TV (with lots of pets) is just what we need!

Availability
I work full-time at a school, so if you are located near my school I can pop back home for a quick potty break and game of fetch! During the weekend, I am free to go on walks, spend time playing outside, or giving pets inside!
