I grew up on a farm so from a young age I have cared for all types of animals including dogs, cats, horses, cattle, goats, pigs, and poultry. I have worked at both large and small animal veterinary clinics so basic first aid, administering of medications, and knowledge of animal health are among my skills. I have obtained my bachelors in Animal Science from OSU and worked as the lead herdsman at the OSU Horse Center during my time at school. I also have a dog and horse of my own that I love going on hikes, walks, and trail rides with, especially at the beach. I have worked my way through multiple levels of dog training classes with my own dogs, from their first puppy classes to agility, and some bird dog training on my own. My favorite things to do with my dog is to go on off-leash hikes and visits to the river.
