Pet care experience
Experienced and trusted Rover sitter! I have around 8 years of dog sitting and walking experience, and I promise that I will treat your pet like my own. I have a genuine love for animals, and find that dog walking helps me just as much as the dogs! I work as a food scientist full time, and have been in Seattle for just about 7 years. I live in a pet friendly apartment building in Ballard with lots of lovely side streets for walking, and Golden Gardens just around the corner. If I am sitting at your house, you can trust that I will treat your home with respect.

Hayley did a great job with our German Shepherd. Not everyone is comfortable with big dogs, and Hayley got along with her right away. Hayley asked dog savvy questions and is clearly experienced. We plan to have her care for Ellie on our next trip.
Hayley was very nice and always stayed in touch with us! We look forward to having he hang out with our pup sometime again soon :)
My dogs are sometimes a little hard to handle and my first rover experience didn’t go too well! Once I found Hayley, she was super responsive, sent me updates and was really patient with my 2 dachshunds. I definitely would recommend especially if you haven’t left your dogs alone with a sitter before!
Our pup had a great time. Easy to work with and very flexible!

I live in an apartment that is close by to several parks! I will always keep your dog leashed unless at a fenced in dog park. I will treat your home with respect and will diligently follow any care instructions. I also love plants and am happy to water any in your home while you are away if needed!

A typical day
I will give your dog a nice long walk before and after work, or even a lunchtime walk if I’m working from home! There are lots of safe streets around Ballard that I enjoy walking, and even a nice trail down to Golden Gardens. There are some lovely parks around where we can play fetch.

Availability
I have a flexible work schedule, and typically work from 9-4, so plenty of time for walks before or after work! I work at home Mondays and Fridays, and go into the office in SLU Tues-Thurs.
