Haylee was so great with our puppy, Luna. It was our first time using Rover, and Haylee made it an amazing experience. She was very quick to respond, was very accommodating to us for our schedule. We received texts and photos through the day, which was just lovely. Luna had a great time, and I would definitely use Haylee in the future!
Couldn't be happier with Haylee's care for Ellie over the 4 days we were gone! She took care of ellie like she were her own, and provided frequent photos and updates. I could see when I picked up ellie just how much she loved Haylee and her time with her, and she seemed worn out from all the walks and puppy play dates! Also thoroughly impressed with her care for ellies safety in regards to another bigger dog being aggressive towards ellie upon first meet, and refused to care for the other dog. I couldn't recommend haylee more, ellie will definitely be back! Thanks so much
Haylee was great. She gave me updates everyday on how Nemo was doing and accommodated my schedule for drop off and pick up. He came back happy and tired.
