Pet care experience
I currently have four weekly clients, one of which has 1 dog and three cats. I have a few as-needed clients as well. A lot of my clients work at UK’s hospital. I frequently took care of my neighbors two dogs and three cats for around 2 or so years. One of their dogs has only three legs, and the other is an old man! I often care for my roommate’s sweet dog, Dory, when I can, which includes feeding, walking, and cuddling her. My family at home has two cats, two dogs, one bunny, and two frogs, of which I have experience taking care of each. I also have two horses, and have been riding/showjumping for 9 years!

A typical day
There are plenty of ways to make sure your pets get their exercise in. We can go on long walks around the block and spend extra time sniffing the communal potty spots in the neighborhood.

Availability
I am a junior at the University of Kentucky. I have designed my schedule for this summer semester so that I am taking a singular online course (Latin)! I will be shadowing at UK’s hospital in the OR from around 6am-12pm every now and then. I typically will be able to come in the mornings/evenings, as well as in the afternoon as needed.
