I have had dogs from a young age and I absolutely love them, in all shapes and sizes. I have lots of experience looking after other dogs for a few days/weeks too. I have a lovely house and a gorgeous little dog named Pippa. My husband and I absolutely adore her and she is totally spoilt. She loves other dogs and has the most gentle nature. We will welcome well behaved, loving dogs into our home and treat them with lots of love and care. I am used to walking a lot in my job, so they will be well walked followed by lots of attention in the afternoon and evening. I am open to any questions. All I ask is for the dog to have had a recent worm and flea tablet, be spayed/neutered and for you to supply the food, treats and bed and we will do the rest. As I type, Pippa is currently napping on the sofa. She's just so laid back and will be happy to welcome friendly dogs into our house.

Harriet, Simon & their gorgeous fur baby Pippa had my 2 pugs for me over 3 days and 2 nights, at quite short notice while I went to my step-son’s Easter wedding. I literally couldn’t bear the thought of leaving them and went along for a hastily arranged ‘meet & greet’ prepared not to face making a booking. However, from the moment I met them both, kindness and love for dogs radiated from them, and Pippa too is just the friendliest, sweetest little dog, with adoring eyes, and a credit to them. Their home is delightful, and a safe and secure place, which was of great importance to me. It was a no brainier then to book the pugs in with them, and I was able to go to the wedding with complete peace of mind. Harriet very quickly assessed their differing personalities and needs, and kept me constantly updated with pictures and observations. The pugs clearly loved their stay at Harriet & Simon’s ‘home from home’ and I have no reservation in highly recommending Harriet, the pugs will definitely be booking for future stays! xx
Harriet and Simon had our dog Louis for 10 days and we could not have left him in safer hands. We met them and their adorable dog Pippa beforehand and ran through everything. They loved Louis like their own, even helping us when he decided he no longer liked his food! Would 100% recommend them and we hope to use them again soon!
Our westie Merlin absolutely loved staying with Harriet and her husband. We had a meet and greet with them and their adorable dog Pippa ahead of the stay. They were very welcoming and made sure to learn as much as they could about Merlin and his daily routine. Harriet send me regular updates and photos throughout Merlin`s stay. He was really pampered, got to go on long walks and I could tell he enjoyed his stay :) I can 100% recommend Harriet and will be more than happy to have her looking after Merlin again.

I am currently working part time and I finish in the afternoon around 2pm. My husband works from home on a Friday too and we are both back early on a Monday. He does not work weekends either. During the time we are not here, Pippa will give your dog's lots of licks, love and attention. Pippa has been socialised from a puppy, so anywhere we go she comes with us. So your dog(s) will be going on little ventures to our local bars and eateries.
