Hello everyone! I love all animals and they love me too. Even your shy fur babies will be comfortable with me right away. I make extra effort to help your family feel secure, because it’s not easy to be away from our pets. I listen to your needs, follow directions, and give you updates on your pet’s welfare. I have a dog of my own, who has a dog and cat friend next door who my wife and I host regularly. Also, I’ve cared for birds, senior pets, puppies, and have lots of experience giving medication. I am a musician with a flexible schedule, and have availability occasionally or on repeat. I will respond to every inquiry as quickly as possible. When at your home, I am careful with your belongings and mindful of security and safety. I will keep it neat and tidy as well, and take care of mail and plants too.

Harold is an amazing caregiver for both my Terrier mix dog and Siamese mix cat. Not only does my dog run up to him like he’s literally a rock star, which isn’t typical for her, but my cat from the first visit jumped on his shoulder which I’ve never seen her do before! He sends plenty of pics and updates; and when I had to leave suddenly for family emergency, he was immediately available and even home cooked their specialty diet so I could fly out that night. Thanks for all you do Harold!
We are just starting with weekly walks and Harold has been very patient with Penny who is nervous and not ready to leave the house with a stranger yet. He has given her space and has not pressured her. Very appreciative.
Harold was great! I have a big arthritic baby who’s very skittish around new people/places, but I had to be gone for several hours—and Harold was very responsive from the very beginning. Such a relief not to be stuck in a meeting worried about my baby. Harold sent plenty of photos, locked up, and left the key in my lockbox. When I got back, she was in her bed, a happy camper. Definitely hope he’s available the next time I have to be leave my girl who hates to be boarded away from home!
Harold treats our dog Zanna like she was his own pet! She gets plenty of people-time and careful socialization with his dog as well. We can tell she's well-cared for. Harold was also very conscientious about communication, instructions, etc. Highly recommend!
