Forever a dog person!
Pet care experience
I have grown up surrounded by dogs, I have had a shih tzu, a catahoula, an Australian heeler and a fox terrier chihuahua, I even have an African Grey parrot that barks! I love and care about my pups like family. I have been a volunteer dog walker for 3 years and fostered puppies from shelters into their forever homes. I live an active lifestyle and I love sharing that with the pups, from hikes in the mountains to playing in the water. With over 20 years of doggie experience, I am knowledgeable about what a pup needs and how to care for them. My favorite quote is "they may only be in our lives for a little while, but we are their entire lives."Every pup deserves a happy and memorable life. It is our duty and responsibility to give that happy life to the pups that bring us so much joy everyday.

Copper had a great time staying with Harmony!
Harmony was very nice and accommodating to the drop off and pick up times. She sent us pictures of our pup daily which was nice! I believe she did a great job and look forward to booking her in the future!

Information Harmony P. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know an preferences you have about your pups routine, how often you feed them and take them out on activities. I want the pups to enjoy the same routine while they are hanging out with me so that they are comfortable and happy while you are gone. Also if you don't let them on the couch or furniture, I want to make sure that their lifestyle is the same at different homes. I do not have any breed preferences, I have grown up with lap dogs, hunting dogs, herding dogs and toy breeds and I have been with the shelter for a long time. I love all pups, every breed, shape and size.
A typical day
I love walking around the CSU campus and playing fetch on the oval. I love taking the trails up at Horsetooth and letting the pups play in the water. I also love just hanging around on the couch and watching tv with the pups. I am also an active individual so I enjoy running too. I am always looking for another running buddy to go on some trails with around Fort Collins.
