Pet care experience
Hi I'm Hannah! I've recently moved to the United Kingdom from the States and am an undergraduate student at the University of York! Taking care of pets has been a daily routine in my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up I’ve cared for a range of pets like bunnies, hamsters, cats, dogs, etc. I am no stranger to pet care, I recently worked at a boarding kennel and have volunteered with O.S.C.A.R. animal rescue, a local organization in my home town. Additionally, with my childhood dogs, I took great interest in helping my parents to train them. Even with all of the challenges of pet care, I am still eager to dive in!!

A typical day
I love to go to local hiking/walking trails with dogs. It is a great way to get dogs out and about while giving them the opportunity to sniff around. After all, sniffing is hugely beneficial for dogs and essential for their wellbeing. Experts have determined that just 20 minutes of sniffing is equivalent to an hour's walk!!!

Availability
As previously mentioned, pet care is a daily routine for me. My days are spent taking my dog on walks, feeding her, and I even take her swimming and on hikes weekly.
