Hannah is absolutely the best sitter we have ever had for our shy highly opinionated fur ball cat. He has always hid with every sitter and Hannah knew just the way to give him space and gentle options to be willing to come out. She met him at his level and showed him patience and kindness and he responded. Right before we left out AC wasn’t working well and living in an apartment we had some hoops to jump through. We had a back up who could pick him up if the temp went too high. Hannah was kind enough to check on him with our permission and check them temp to make sure he was safe! She went out of her way to make we felt safe about the situation as well as the cat! Way way above and beyond any expectation!! She’s awesome!!

Hannah is so kind and did an excellent job taking care of my cat! She would send great updates and photos each visit and my very shy cat warmed up to her so quickly.
