Pet care experience
Thank you for considering me! I am currently working towards a certification in applied animal behavior at UW. I've had a couple of family dogs in my lifetime who were each the best dogs in the world. I've handled dogs with anxiety and dogs who do not do so well with other dogs. I am willing to arrange long stays or little daily outings. I'm okay with staying over full time while you're away if that's what you prefer. Let me be your pet's buddy while you're away! I offer a four dollar discount per hour if you book multiple hours in a row!

Hannah continues to be my go-to sitter for my two cats. As always, she did a great job looking after them. She's conscientious, communicates well, sends copious photos, and seems to enjoy their company.
She really made Pedro feel very comfortable. Hannah walked him on different routes and preserved his quality of life

I live in an apartment and can have animals visit, but my space is not well suited for long term pet care. Depending on your pet’s needs, we can spend time at your home or spend most of our time outdoors. After we establish a positive relationship, we may be able to arrange having your pet stay at my home, if that is what you'd prefer!

If you are training or practicing to reinforce certain behaviors, or discouraging certain behaviors, let me know so that I can help maintain appropriate habits. Many pets have different needs! Please let me know if they have any specific needs so I can come well prepared!
A typical day
While at your home, we can walk around the neighborhood, play with toys, go on a sniffari, practice training, and play around your home! If I am staying for overnight care, you can expect long daily walks! But, depending on your pets needs, we can do long or short walks. I have a great pet-car which opens up our opportunities to visit places like Discovery Park or Carkeek Park! Book me for an entire day if your dog needs lots of exercise and I'd love to take them out for a hike! I love taking photos of your pets so you can see how much fun they are having!

Availability
My availability is open including weekends. I'm currently a full time student, and all of my classes are online, which means I can be available and flexible according to your pet's schedule. I'm a Ballard local, but service within a 3 mile radius of Green Lake. If I am out of your area, please contact me about your pet care needs; we might be able to work something out.
