Pet care experience
I am an animal lover. I have grown up with pets in my house and spent a few years fosters dogs. My first jobs were petting sitting for family friends when they went on trips. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve continued to pet sit as a secondary income. It can be nerve wracking to leave animals at home and travel far away for them. I enjoy being able to set minds at ease, knowing their beloved four legged family are in good hands.

I do live with animals at my house, so I am only able to take animals who are friendly with other pets. I am very careful to keep the house clean. I am used to administering medications for animals with prescriptions. I like to have a detailed, written instruction guide with feeding schedules, exercise regiments, vet information and emergency contacts so that I can reference at any time and ensure I have everything I need.

A typical day
I love going on walks with my four legged friends. As long as there are no restrictions, I like going walking in parks like Minnehaha Falls and Battle Creek.

Availability
I have a full time job, but am more than happy to take my lunch break to let dogs out for mid day potty breaks. I am very used to staying at other’s homes so that I am only away during my 8-4 job. I am used to anywhere from a weekend to week long stay with the pets I’m caring for and packing everything I need so I can spend as much time at the house with the animals.
