I have grown up with dogs and cats my whole life, animals are family to me! My family has owned many different breeds of dogs throughout my life, from Akitas, Pomeranians, Chihuahuas, Corgis, and Cavapoos. I have also had cats, hamsters, chinchillas, guinea pigs, bunnies, and exotic fish. It is safe to say I cannot picture my life without animals in it. I have experience caring for special needs dogs as well. My Akita, Kana, became paralyzed when she was a puppy, but after therapy and training she has luckily regained the use of her back legs! Having a paralyzed dog who was rapidly growing was difficult at first, but has taught me patience and understanding for every animal. I am the typical crazy animal person who will spoil and love every dog I see! I love to go on long walks, runs, and play with their favorite toys. A more unique experience that I love to do with one of my dogs is to go for bike rides together. Strapped into a special seat at the front of my bike, my Cavapoo, Phineas, turns heads wherever we ride together!
