I enjoy taking him on car rides, the beach. and hiking. I would not mind bringing some more furry friends with us. I have a enclosed backyard, and a public park nearby where my dog loves to run and play. My dog lives indoors with me but goes outside frequently because our back yard is attached to the house, he is always able to go outside to use the bathroom. I am willing to take your dog on as many walks as he or she needs to go on. Normally I take dogs I'm caring for on walks at least once day though. About this sitter: I live on the Windward side of Oahu. I have experience with many different dogs. I was hired at a near by dog day care in my area, but I couldn't take it because of my busy schedule. I started doing this as a full time student and now work from home to pursue my online business. They own the most adorable hefty and stubborn American Bulldog. I would occasionally take care of a loyal German Shepard when I babysit for his family. We had to put down our last dog in March 2014, a Terrier mix that we found at the Human Society. We had her for about 11 years and she was just too old and was having a lot of health problems. While growing up my family had a Rottweiler, and Pug. Meet my pets I have a 5 year old old Shar Pei/Pit bull mix. He is about 80 pounds now and growing. He is very active and energetic. He gets jealous at first when new pets arrive, we usually will split our house in two by closing specific doors and making pathways so our hyper dog doesn't jump all over our new guest. About my yard We have an enclosed backyard that is connected to our house. We show the dogs the way to go outside to use the bathroom and leave the door open 90% of the time (we close for bad weather or possible strangers). My experience administering medication I give pills like heart worm and flea medicine to my own dog, I have never given a shot to her, but if it's needed and I'm told how to, I wouldn't mind. I was trained how to administer epi-pens many times because I work with children and so I'm a little familiar with it in that aspect, although I know it's different for animals. We currently give Blue skin medication and use special shampoo for him.
