Pet care experience
I have grown up with dogs my full life…golden retrievers, flat coated retrievers and rescued a dog from Cyrpus too. I regularly look after my friends and families dogs, whether its overnight stays or during the day. I love the outdoors, going for long walks and live close to the beach so your dog would not be short of exercise or being outside. The rescue dog I had was reactive to other dogs, so I have experience and knowledge in adapting to dogs behaviours and making sure they feel comfortable. I have a 3 month old working cocker spaniel called Harvey who loves other dogs, he would be a great companion for dogs coming to stay with us. My dogs have been such a key part of my life and I love how much they can be your best friend. They live in the moment - which I think is the best thing about them. I would love the opportunity to get the chance to look after others dogs to make their time as special as they make ours.

We left our 1 year-old springer spaniel with Hannah and Andrew for two weeks and she had a great time! They sent us regular updates and were very diligent in exercising her everyday. When I arrived to collect her again she was right at home and very comfortable with them. We wouldn't hesitate to leave her with them again and hope to book back in very soon!
Hannah was great with Stark! Provided updates and took very good care of him for me! Would highly recommend and will plan to rebook with Hannah!
Hannah looked after my dog Charlie many times, even collecting and dropping him off. Charlie was always excited to see her, she looked after him full days and I have no hesitation to write this recommendation of her as endorsement for her looking after other future dogs for people.

On the first meeting, it would be great to know your dogs routine so I can stick to that when looking after your furry friend. I think its important to meet initally to see if we would be a good fit!
A typical day
A typical day for me looks like going on a walk in the morning before I start work, preferably down at the beach to watch the sunrise! I love visiting the Bridge of Don side of the beach as it is much more open and allows dogs to have a great run about or swim! I also walk at lunch time, visiting green spaces and using it to switch off from work. I love taking dogs different walks to ensure they are stimulated and interested in the walks we go on!

Availability
I currently work from home Wed - Fri, so it is easy for me to walk to the beach or park at break times! I go for walks daily with Harvey so another dog with us would be great! On the days I work in the office, I can return home at lunch time or come home for the afternoon.
