Pet care experience
My first job at 13 years old was to care for my neighbor’s 2 dogs (shitzu & doberman) while they were on a work trip. I did this for the past 9 years. I have a couple years experience with handling extra large dogs as well as “aggressive” breeds. (My family has a 130-pound pitbull) I’m confident in handling any type of dog on a leash, and love to care for them.

I live in a dog-friendly apartment that is walking distance to multiple parks in the Downtown area. My complex has a fenced in dog park for the residents. My apartment is hardwood, so any potty accidents are a quick clean. I live on the 2nd floor, with a tightly fenced balcony that even the smallest pup would be safe on.

Availability
I work part time, 4 days a week from 11-5 so I have tons of availability. My commute is a 10 minute walk, so any emergencies I can be back ASAP. Before my shift in the morning, I tend to wake up around 7 and go for a walk down Bayshore Boulevard, which I would absolutely LOVE to share with a cute dog.
