Hello there! I am a big animal lover who has lots of experience with both young and older dogs and cats. I love learning the unique personalities and quirks of animals and will adapt to your normal routine to make your pets feel as comfortable as possible. I am excited about taking dogs out for neighborhood walks, to dog parks, to play ball or fetch, on hikes or trail runs, as well as cuddles and hang out time around the house. I also love playing with kitties and giving them pets and/or admiring them from afar as they prefer. More on Dog Experience: I have spent lots of time caring for pups. I have my own dog, Luz, who is a high-energy charmer. I love working on training with her, going out on long walks and hikes, and of course, cuddles. Prior to having Luz, I was lucky to share a home with a sweet pup, Bear Cub, and got to watch her transition from a pup to a mature 2-year old! I also enjoyed working on training with her and taking her out for adventures. Besides these gals, I have spent lots of time playing with and caring for my parents' two Brittanys, ages four and twelve, regularly taking them to dog parks to play ball, on hikes and trail runs, as well as occasional backpacking trips. I also lived with a Chiweenie for a year and loved taking him for walks and bike adventures (in my backpack). Overall, I pride myself on my patience and effort to get into the mind of the dog I'm with and work with them. More on Cat Experience: I grew up always having kitties in the house and cared for several from kittens through older age. Most recently I lived with a sassy and adorable middle-aged kitty.
