Pet care experience
I have been caring for dogs and cats my entire life, and being apart of Rover has made my animal-based career dreams come true with out some fancy degree! I currently have a pup and a kitty of my own whom I love very much and who help me be the best fur-parent I can be! I work part-time and am using Rover as a way to make side cash while I find my way around the Morrisville-Cary area! A little about me: I have 20+ years experience with animals ranging from birds, fish, cats, & dogs all the way to farm animals. I have a passion for animals just as I have a passion for kids (I have done daycare for the past 4 years). I treat every animal like they are my own, just as I hope anyone would do for mine. I am very detail oriented, and when leaving your pet in my care, no detail is too big or too small. If they really like to be scratched in a certain pattern on their back so they aren't anxious while you are away, let me know, I'll do that! If they only like this one certain toy and cherish it like smeagle cherishes "his precious," hit me with that info, that toy is theirs! I'm pretty much an open book when it comes to my sitting style and my own code of ethics. So if you have any questions, PLEASE do not hesitate to ask! No dog is too big or too small, same with cats and any other pet that may need feeding or lovin' while you aren't home!

Hannah was great! She sent updates about our pets, some music was playing for Quincy when we got home to him, and he seemed super calm & happy! He developed some dermatitis the few days before we left & Hannah took in stride putting the foam antiseptic on his feet 2x a day, and was able to get it on all 4 feet which even WE struggle with. Quincy is a rescue and reactive to other dogs & motorcycles, and Hannah was absolutely willing to learn what to do with him/how to use his special collar (a Sit Means Sit collar), & deal with my probably over-detailed instructions. We were so grateful to get a weekend away! And she was willing to feed our cats too. Quincy actually seemed like he didn’t even care we were home today because he was taken so well care of (*silent tear*).
