Poor communication! Didn’t come on time! Our scheduled time was for 1pm but Hannah had arrived at 12:45 and didn’t walk my dog Hugo for the full 30 minutes we agreed upon. Very poor judgement call on her part about Hugo’s stubbornness of not wanting to walk , she didn’t bother to call or text me and just thought to take him back home , I would have provided her with some proper guidance for her to help her with walking hugo. Also she didn’t even meet my mother who was originally waiting for her , where she was downstairs running a family daycare and I told Hannah she would be upstairs on the main floor for 1pm for the agreed time that she would introduce Hugo to her but instead she met my brother during pick up time and drop off time , the walk was only 15 minutes and like I said “ I paid for 30 minutes “ . Not happy and won’t be using Hannah’s services ever again in the future ..!

Hannah is very friendly, great with dogs, punctual, respectful and loves being outdoors! She is very close to beautiful walking trails and a dog park!
