The house was pretty much how I’d left it. We have Ring cameras and can see all activity at our front porch and our driveway. The first two days she was with my pets all seemed to be going good. At the interview she told us she’d be at our house most of the time with the exception of a few 4 hour shifts at her job. Gradually she spent less and less time at our house, and left my 10 month old puppy, who was in heat, in her crate for 8.5 hours. My puppy has never been in her crate that long, as she has a dog door and under non-heat circumstances uses it regularly. My puppy defecated in her underwear, and Hannah told me she washed the underwear, and used wipes to clean up my puppy. We bathed her immediately upon returning, and when I told Hannah we had to give her a bath her response was “yeah, she needed it.” Hannah was incredibly expensive for how little care she provided. I will not use her services again, and do not recommend her.

The minute Hannah walk in the door, I felt her connection with animals. She was wonderful with our Goldendoodle puppy. Our puppy was relax when we came home. No stress in our dog. Just a happy puppy. I highly recommend Hannah to care for pets. She was on time and our puppy Josie was her priority. Your dog and house is safe in her hands.
