Pet care experience

I have lived with dogs and cats since the very day I was born. I started actively taking care of them when I was 10. I have administered medicine and trained these family members throughout the years. I have watched over and taken care of friends' and family's dogs and cats, including senior pets and those with separation anxiety. I am not afraid of any breed of dog or cat.

We honestly were disappointed in our experience. Hannah did show up and take care of the animals as agreed. Aside from that we got very few updates and it didn’t seem that much time was spent playing outside on potty breaks. The outdoor furniture cushions were all over the place, and we were very lucky not to lose any. We also lost about $150 of hanging plants that didn’t get watered. Ultimately it was not the service we would have expected for the amount that we paid.

I would not hire her again. 2 of the 3 water bowls were dry and one had less than 1/2 inch. She said she monitored the water but did not. She was paid as an overnight sitter but came only once every three days.

Hannah was patient, accommodating, and a fantastic communicator. She was gentle when our pup was shy and nervous and great at sending updates & pictures. Would recommend & hire Hannah again!

Drop-ins include feeding, watering, medication/diaper changes, (a short walk if it's an hour-long drop in) and a bit of play-time. Walks include walks and play time. I always have two hands on the leash and avoid other animals and people when walking. I take a collapsible water bowl along with the accompanying water bottle on walks. House-Sitting includes all of the above, preferably 2 times a day or so and overnight 11pm-7am, not picky about that as long as they don't need 24/7 service and I'm free to leave for a few hours at a time if I so choose or need. I cannot do 24/7 service as I am a college student and I do have a regular job. I will give you photo and detail updates at the beginning and end of every single visit for drop ins and walkies. With sitting, I give updates and pics once every day; more if needed or asked.

Information Hannah M. would like to know about your pet

Starting with the basics: their name, age, and any health conditions are necessary. Are they escape artists? I would love to know what their favorite toys and activities are. Are they afraid of anything that I need to be aware of? Do they have a routine? Is there anything else that you would like or need me to know about them? A written/typed schedule and information paper would be absolutely amazing and help me succeed in taking care of your furry and scale-y family members!

A typical day

We can go on walks at a nearby park such as Memorial, Palmer, Cottonwood, or Garden of the Gods or just around your neighborhood! If your dog likes to play fetch, tug-o-war, hide and seek, or any other fun activities together I would be thrilled to play with them. I am more than happy to jog with your dog. I plan on taking a small backpack with me filled with poop bags, toys, treats, and collapse-able water bowl along with a couple bottles of water specifically for your pooch!

-SCHEDULE- ON APP ONLY. NO SECURITY-WIDEFIELD, FOUNTAIN, MONUMENT, OR MANITOU; too long of a commute. Basically, if you are more than 15 minutes on average from Palmer Park, it probably won't work out. I ALSO WILL NOT GO FOR A WALK WHEN IT IS SNOWSTORMING OR BELOW FREEZING, due to health risks/reasons. I understand if you don't have a yard for your pup. I am okay with going to the designated dog park/area if there is one for a very short visit, basically long enough for them to do their business. If there is no designated dog park/area, I am okay with going outside, again, just long enough for them to do their business. This is just for when it is snowstorming or below freezing. If it is just rain or is above freezing, I will take them for an actual walk if needed. Friday and Saturday: NOT available from 2:30pm-11:30pm. I will be available for almost all holidays. The only days I will most likely take off is my birthday (4/20) and weekends for Renaissance Festival. -END OF SCHEDULE SECTION, thank you for reading-
