Pet care experience
I have had animals my whole life, including cage critters, cats, dogs, and horses. I have many years of pet-sitting experience, am comfortable giving medication, and have worked with animals of all ages. As the daughter of a veterinarian, I have experience with various medical situations and have been able to use this to my advantage when caring for others' animals. My husband and I currently have a deaf husky mix, so I have a soft spot for animals with special needs! I am a former teacher, animal shelter volunteer, and have a clean background- so you can have the peace of mind that a reliable, trustworthy individual is caring for your precious critters!

A typical day
I can tailor care to match the animal's and owner's needs. If your pet likes to keep it low key, we can play or lounge inside. If they are high energy, we can go for walks, play tug, or play fetch. I think mental stimulation is a great thing for most dogs and something that I love to provide! I can do basic obedience training using positive rewards to help increase their mental stimulation.

I currently have open availability and am able to work with most schedules! I enjoy getting outdoors as well as laying low, so I am happy to hang out with your fur babies at home, or take them out on walks and hikes!
